ACE3 is a universal AI memory platform that provides context and memory infrastructure for AI systems. The Service includes:

Memory storage and retrieval APIs
Knowledge graph functionality
MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration
Dashboard and management tools
CLI tools and SDK

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

ACE3 offers various subscription tiers:

Starter (Free): Limited features, forever free
Developer: Enhanced features, billed monthly
Pro: Full features, billed monthly or annually
Founder: Lifetime access, one-time payment
Enterprise: Custom pricing, contact sales

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE3 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
